By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following in full.
Pricing
Base Prices
- $30 – Profile Picture: a digitally drawn, colored, and shaded artwork of the bust-up.
- $50 – Half-Body: a digitally drawn, colored, and shaded artwork of the hips-up.
- $75 – Full-Body: a digitally drawn, colored, and shaded artwork of a full character.
Each price includes one character and a simple color or gradient background.
Add-On Prices*
Want to add more to your piece? No problem, just ask! Find common add-ons and their prices below. Prices are listed as an additional percentage of the base price.
- 75% – Illustrated Background: A full drawn, colored, and shaded background to place the characters in a scene.
- 25% – Wings: Add 2-4 wings to your character.
- 30% – Complex Textiles/Armor: Add detailed clothing or armor to your character.
- 75% – Additional Character: Add extra characters to your artwork. Percentage is applied to base price per character.
- 80% – No Visual Reference: Fee to interpret a written description and visually design a character and/or scene.
*Please note: add-on prices for Etsy listings are different from those listed above. All Etsy add-on prices are included in the individual listings.
Ordering
Ordering a commission must be completed via Ko-Fi, e-mail, or Discord (ONLY if we share a server). Upon submitting a commission request, you must fill out THIS FORM providing information about your request and any relevant references. Your commission is not confirmed and is not in progress until you have submitted your first payment.
Payment
Payment for commissions is accepted in two ways:
Pay via Ko-Fi: If paying via Ko-Fi, the full amount of the commission is due up-front. You will select your base commission plus any add-ons from the Ko-Fi Commissions interface and checkout via the Ko-Fi platform. You can request further communication to be through Ko-Fi messages or email.
Pay via PayPal Invoices: If paying via PayPal, you will need to reach out to me via e-mail or complete THIS FORM to begin your commission request. You will pay a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 50% of your total artwork price up-front, another 25% of the total artwork price upon approval of the sketch, and the remaining 25% upon completion of the piece.
Artwork Content
Will draw:
- humans/humanoids
- robots/cyborgs
- animals
- furry/anthro
- nsfw
- mild injury and blood (no organs/guts or major gore like dismemberment though)
- fanart
Will NOT draw:
- anything offensive (racism, homophobia, transphobia, incest, pedophilia, etc)
- major gore (if you are unsure if your request falls into this category, please ask before commissioning!)
I reserve the right to refuse any commission for whatever reason I so choose, whether that be content, gore, media, etc.
Artwork Changes
You can modify your commission at any time before I start working on the artwork. Any additional requests to change the character, pose, background, etc, must be submitted before approval of the sketch. After sketch approval, only changes to the color scheme may be made. If any changes to the character or pose are necessary after the sketch has been approved, an additional 50% fee must be paid via invoice before the commission will continue.
Usage Rights
My commissions are for personal use ONLY. Putting my artwork into any AI engine, using for NFTs, or selling/exchanging is strictly prohibited. You can use your commissioned artwork as your profile picture, in social media posts, on your website, etc. If sharing online, credit to me is required. Please link to my website or mention my relevant social profile where appropriate.
Any use of my commissions for profit by the consumer is NOT ALLOWED. Please notify me via email if you are interested in commercial works as there are additional terms and fees for commercial rights.
Unless previously requested and agreed upon, I retain the rights to all of my commissions. I can use them in my portfolio, share them on social media, and use them in advertising as necessary. In regards to commissions of FANART from other media, any pieces falling within this category can be used by me to produce prints or other merchandise for my shop.
Commission Timeline
My current timeline on commissions is 21-25 days after confirming your deposit (PayPal) or payment (Ko-Fi). I will not begin any commissions until this payment is received. I will notify you once I have begun actively working on your commission. If anything interrupts or delays this timeline, I will notify you via our agreed upon messaging platform. You are more than welcome to ask for updates if you haven’t heard from me in a while!
Refunds
Once a commission has been confirmed, you can request a 50% refund ONLY if the sketch phase has not begun. Once I have notified you that I have begun working on your artwork no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understood, and AGREE to the terms listed above.
